To support this, we are looking for a motivated, skilled and experienced Technical Operations Engineer to join the team and assist in the continued growth of behold.ai. As Technical Operations Engineer you will work closely with all areas of the behold.ai team, assisting other departments to ensure they are able to work effectively. You will be involved in the design and development of internal systems, ensuring the needs of end users are effectively communicated to the Design and Development team and ensuring the safety and integrity of company data.
The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with clients, internal staff and external contractors ensuring a safe and effective service for all end users.
Role Responsibilities
- Providing technical support to all internal staff, clients and contractors
- Acting as first point of contact for any client queries
- Maintaining the Office 365 system
- Administration and support of the Office 365 SharePoint and OneDrive sites, including providing training to staff and contractors as required
- Onboarding of new employees, including equipment set up and granting correct systems access
- Providing training and support for employees and contractors on bespoke systems, including the company’s in-house tools
- Build and maintain a strong relationship with all clients and contractors
- Assisting the Integrations and Deployments teams with all new client installations as required
- Working closely with the Design and Development team on the development pipeline for any internal bespoke systems, providing design input and assisting in the testing and sign off of new developments
- Maintaining the company helpdesk system
- Providing out-of-hours support as required to staff, contractors and hospital sites
- Adhere to the quality management procedures and processes within the company as defined with the Quality Management System to maintain quality, clinical governance and performance improvements.
- Adhere to the security procedures and processes within the company as defined by the Information Security Management System
Candidate Requirements
Essential
- A good understanding of DICOM and HL7
- A good understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems
- A good understanding of Office 365, including SharePoint and OneDrive
- Basic understanding of networking protocols
- Knowledge of Remote Desktop Support (RDP, Citrix, Team Viewer, VNC)
- Willing to work outside of standard office hours where required
Nice to have
- Experience of working in an ISO 27001 controlled environment
- ISO 27001 Information Security Management System support and administration
- Experience of ISO standards including: ISO 13485, ISO 14971
- Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Experience working with radiology systems including PACS, RIS, and Integration Engines
- Experience with UK radiology environments and workflows
