Deployment Manager

Our red dot® chest X-ray and CT head products have been designed in partnership with clinicians and healthcare providers to improve the efficiency and accuracy of radiology reporting and improve clinical outcomes for patients on a global scale.

Headquartered in London, comprises of a growing team of talented individuals with extensive experience in the radiology and artificial intelligence industries. is expanding to meet the needs of the global healthcare market with the regulatory and clinical strategy being the core component.

To support this, we are looking for a motivated, skilled and experienced customer-facing Deployment Manager to work with both UK & International teams on the integration and deployment hospital sites across the UK, US and India. The ideal person would have experience of working within an NHS Radiology department and may have previous experience of a radiographer or PACS / RIS system manager.  


  • Customer point of contact for all deployment activities, project integration tasks and the co-ordination of internal resources and the customer team 
  • Co-ordinate the completion of required documentation for the integration of the services including: 
    • Information Governance 
    • Data Privacy Impact Assessments 
    • NHS Digital Framework and Security Questionnaires 
    • NHS Services Contract 
    • Data Sharing and Governance
    • Risk analysis questionnaires
    • Clinical Safety Management Processes 
    • Cost & benefits analysis and forecasting 
  • Work with the internal technical teams and suppliers to co-ordinate the integration of technical services to the hospital sites 
  • Work with the internal technical and operational teams to deliver new products and business solutions to clients, performing the following: 
    • Assist with the technical connectivity between and hospital site 
    • Answer and satisfy any information governance documentation requirements or concerns 
    • Establish image pathway through connectivity with the client PACS 
    • Establish communication pathway through HL7 broker 
    • Meet with clients on-site as required as part of the deployment process
    • Work with DICOM / HL7 brokers to create an end-to-end solution 
    • Conduct full end-to-end solution testing 
    • Provide supporting documentation and QMS records 
    • Provide handover and support to the operations team post deployment 
    • Provide ongoing reporting and support for the client integration 
  • Work with the operations team on issue management, root cause analysis, repeat problem prevention, automation and reporting. 
  • Keep task and project documentation up to date, provide regular customer facing management and internal reports

  • Radiology Clinical Workflows  
  • Radiology Information Systems (RIS) 
  • Previous clinical experience as a radiographer or PACS / RIS manager 
  • Experience of creating customer facing management reports  
  • Microsoft Office experience 
  • Have a full clean driving licence and own transport. The role will require travel to customer sites across the country
